Delete your Surpl account

How to request deletion

  1. Email hello@surpl.in from the phone number or email linked to your Surpl account, with the subject line "Delete my account", or
  2. Call or WhatsApp +91 8143032333 and request account deletion.
  3. We verify the request is really you, then permanently delete your account.
  4. You'll get a confirmation once it's done — normally within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, saved bags, Surpl Wallet balance, and referral details are permanently deleted from our systems. Your phone number is removed from our authentication provider.

What we may keep, and why

Completed order records (amount paid, date, vendor) may be retained for a limited period where required for accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, even after your account is deleted. This data is kept separately and is no longer linked to an active account you can log into.

Vendors

If you're a vendor, deleting your account does not automatically delete completed order and payout records your business is required to keep for tax purposes. Contact us if you need help with this.
