What if the vendor cancels my order?
Vendor cancellations, out-of-stock orders and Surpl technical errors qualify for refunds to the original payment method under our Terms of Service. Vendor cancellation refunds normally take 5–7 business days. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled by customers, and missed pickups are not refundable.
